Our laboratory jaw crushers comprise of an anti-splash hopper, grinding chamber and two jaw plates. Material to be crushed is put into grinding chamber through feed hopper, which is removable. The crushing is processed between two jaw plates; one plate is fixed and other jaw plate keeps moving with the help of bent axle driven by continuous rotation of motor. The rocking motion jaw plate pushes material against fixed jaw plate that results size reduction of samples that falls into drawer receiver at the lower part of the machine. Gap between jaw plates can be adjusted with the help of rotating handle.
