How a slide warming table is typically used:
- The slides are first prepared by placing samples (tissue sections, cells, or other specimens) on them. These samples are usually fixed, stained, or treated with various chemicals to enhance visualization under a microscope.
- The prepared slides are then placed on the slide warming table, ensuring they are evenly spaced and in a single layer. It is essential to avoid overcrowding the table to allow for adequate heat distribution and drying.
- The desired temperature for drying the slides is set using digital PID temperature controller. The specific temperature may vary depending on the samples and the drying time required.
- Once the slides are placed on the warming table and the temperature is set, the heating elements beneath the surface provide a gentle and even heat. This heat helps evaporate any residual moisture on the slides, promoting faster drying. Once the slides are adequately dried, they can be safely removed from the slide warming table.
At STERICOX, we manufacture and supply slide warming tables in two standard sizes. That are fitted with stainless steel 304 hot plate and a microprocessor based digital temperature controller for precise heating effect. In addition; we also make customized sizes based on user's requirement. Because we do not believe compromises; therefore, each slide warming table is tested at various parameters before dispatch so that you may get the most trusted product in the market. Each slide warming table is sold across all India and export at competitive price. We also export these warming tables to Morocco, USA, Africa, UAE, Philippines, Vietnam and Greece.
