Pulse Vacuum Sterilizers by STERICOX are especially designed for pharmaceutical production units, CSSD and other applications where stringent quality sterilization is prime requisite. These large steam sterilizers are carefully designed, manufactured and installed at customers' site with complete testing, demonstration and training. Every unit confirms GMP requirement and ideal for sterilization of glassware and containers, various culture and media, filters, seals and garments and fabrics etc.

Our large steam sterilizers are fully automatic in nature and features motor driven sliding door, pre and post vacuum cycles, color touch screen controller with default program settings and various safety features; in addition, these machines can also be customized to meet specific requirements (URS) of our clients.

These pharmaceutical sterilizers are effective for porous and solid products and available in single and double door (pass through) configurations; from 250 liters to 5000 Liters, we can design small to large units as required with single point operation control. Each machine is fitted with PLC based color touch screen HMI controller which features in-built programs for Bowie & Dick test, Vacuum Leak Test, and Liquid Test. There is also option for customized cycle. User can also run machine on manual mode as per his convenience.
