Vertical tube furnaces are designed for specific heat treatment applications in vertical position. Over vertical quartz tube furnace come with tube diameters 40, 60, 80 and 100 mm. Each vertical tube furnace is ergonomically designed for long service life. Inner chamber or heating chamber is made of high alumina ceramic fiber and outer shell is made of thick steel sheet with powder coated painted. Standard tube material is Quartz material. A programmable PID controller is fitted to control heating rate and dwell time. Standard accessories are vacuum pump, flange, O ring and silicone tube. Overall assembly is supplied at wholesale price throughout India.
