Vacuum furnace is a dual chamber box furnace; in which, inner chamber is designed for main heating zone and outer shell is designed for vacuum. Vacuum is generated by a rotary vane vacuum pump with help of related accessories such as vacuum gauge, vacuum valve, and door seal etc. A vacuum furnace is widely used in institutional laboratory research, vacuum annealing and sintering, and stainless steel and copper brazing etc.

Overall housing is made from thick gauge steel sheet with corrosion and chemical resistant powder coated paint.
