Horizontal planetary ball mill supplied by STERICOX features easy and low noise operations. These planetary ball mills are available in different jar volumes with different material of construction as required by test parameters. The biggest advantage of using a horizontal planetary ball mill is material does not stick to the bottom while grinding. Like other planetary ball mills; these units also adopt planetary movement; which has high speed, large energy and small granularity results. In a horizontal planetary ball mill maximum four powder samples from different materials can be grind at one time.
While using a horizontal planetary ball mill, good control of rotation and planetary movement are prime requisites; therefore, we use only imported and branded frequency converter which precisely controls the speed functions to achieve desired experimental results. This frequency convertor not only controls the speed and rotation but also protects the motor from over load, over current, and under voltage.
Our horizontal planetary ball mill is equipped with many advanced and useful functions including timer on / off control, adjustable time of forward and reverse rotation etc. User can also select one way direction, alternation, succession and other functions to improve efficiency of grinding. Each horizontal planetary ball mill is fitted with safety switch; which stops the machine if lid / safety cover is opened while running.
