Benchtop Laboratory Drying Oven

The range of this small laboratory oven comes in 45, 70, 136 and 225 litres volume. Each unit has 2 stainless steel removable shelves and top size adjustable fume vent hole. These benchtop laboratory oven made with high grade stainless steel 304 inner chamber and powder coated CRCA sheet outer cabinet. The gap between the inner chamber and the outer cabinet is filled with high temperature resistant thermal insulation material which keeps the outer surface cool even at the highest temperature operation.

The best feature of these small laboratory ovens are compact hot air circulating fan which is fitted on the back side of the unit. It is a compact fan made in Germany with high rpm as much as 2100 rpm. This high air circulation ensures uniform temperature distribution across the chamber.

Imported PID temperature controller comes with bright LED display of set value and process value. Timer is in-built feature of these laboratory oven; user can set maximum 99 hours timer in a single cycle. In addition to the timer, there is also an alarm beep sound after completion of the timer. With the help of the timer, heating stops with a beep sound after completion of the set time. Timer can be enabled or disabled as per user's decision.

Safety is also an important feature of these laboratory drying ovens; an over temperature safety thermostat is fitted which does not allow temperature to rise beyond the set level.

Door is fitted with easy to use handle. There is also a toughened glass observation glass window on the door which enables operator to watch the samples during the operation. Silicone rubber gasket ensures leak proof heating.

A benchtop laboratory drying oven comes with a stainless steel chamber and fitted with a SS tube heating element, air circulating fan and a temperature controller with PT100 sensor. As soon as operator set temperature through temperature controller, it starts heating. PT100 sensor continuously measures the temperature and automatically stop heating when temperature reaches its set level. Air circulating fan recirculates hot air across the chamber in order to maintain temperature uniformity.
