Electronic devices, ICs and miscellaneous other semiconductor devices are burned and tested under ovens at constant temperature around 100°C to 125°C. Such types of ovens are called burn in ovens and their main purpose is to check reliability of electronic components. This stress testing detects failures in product samples. We are burn in oven manufacturers, suppliers and exporters in India. Also called PCB Baking Oven, our Burn IN Test Ovens are especially designed for electronic laboratory testing purposes as per industry specific standards. Each oven is made industrial quality components with aim of long years of service life; therefore, we use only branded electric components and body parts to make a burn in oven.

If you need any specification chamber dimensions, specific construction material and any specific type of controller, we can make every possible modification / addition at reasonable price.
Optional Accessories
There is variety of optional accessories, we provide with our burn-in ovens. In place of normal PID controller, we can provide you programmable profile controller, which may have 8 steps (4 Ramp and 4 Soak); in addition, we can provide you HMI color touch screen controller, which features selectable programs, time (soaking), in-built data logging, memory of temperature data along with date and time. In this controller, we provide you USB port, where pen drive and can be inserted and data can be transferred intoCSV file format. Other optional features are toughened glass window on door and 50mm port hole to insert cables and wires to power up samples inside chamber.
