- Construction: Our temperature controlled medicine storage cabinets are designed in double wall construction; where, inner walls are made of thick sheets of stainless steel 304 and external surface is corrosion resistive with powder coated steel sheets. The gap between these two walls is filled with thick layer of glass mineral wool in order to minimize temperature loss.
- Door: Our controlled temperature storage cabinets are available in both single and double doors, depending upon sizes. Standard doors are insulated and solid; we can provide full length glass doors for easy viewing of inner samples without opening of door.
- Temperature range: Each CRT storage cabinet is made with temperature range from 10°C to 35°C; therefore, mandatory temperature of 15°C and 25°C can be easily achieved. Because our controlled cabinets have cooling and heating both functions are combined, these cabinets can be successfully operated in low temperature areas.
- Temperature Controller: The temperature is controlled through imported microprocessor based temperature controller, which features display of both SET value and PROCESS value.
- Air circulation: Forced air circulation is responsible for distributing uniform temperature across the chamber and all shelves. We use imported axial fans that feature long years of service life.
- Refrigeration system: Our cabinets are equipped with CFC free compressor of any reputed brand available in the market today. Some of known brands are EMERSON, EMBRACO and TECUMSEH etc.
- Safety Features: These controlled temperature storage cabinets are designed with several safety features, over temperature thermostat does not allow rising the temperature and keeps your samples and medicines safe. Temperature low and high variation alarm alerts you if there is malfunctioning in the machine.
