Ultrasonic Cleaner
An ultrasonic cleaner is an instrument that uses high-frequency sound waves to clean different types of materials such as glassware, metallic and non-metallic tools and parts, filters and die molds etc. These high-frequency sound waves are generated using ultrasonic transducers that are fitted at the bottom of the inner tank. For cleaning typically water or a cleaning liquid cleaning agent is used. By creating high-frequency sound waves in a liquid solution, microscopic bubbles generate that implode to create a scrubbing action that removes dirt, grime, and other contaminants from the surface of objects.

These high frequency sound waves (ultrasound) effectively remove contaminants (grease, soil, carbon deposits, fungus, bacteria, wax, rust and oil, dirt and pigments) from the surface.
